About

AVIIR is a residential and commercial builder serving Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Northern Virginia. We take on ambitious renovations and distinctive projects where design, technical execution, and every finishing detail matter.

Our Approach

Founded by Ryan Chirumbole, AVIIR brings experienced construction leadership to complex projects. We work closely with clients, architects, and designers to understand the vision, establish a clear path to building it, and carry that vision through construction.

Our work calls for careful planning, skilled trades, and close attention to the decisions that shape the finished space. We stay engaged, communicate directly, and solve problems as they arise. The result is work that feels as considered in its execution as it does in its design.
